
Penne alla gorgonzola
Delicious penne rigate with Gorgonzola!



Ingredients
- 400 g penne rigate
- 250 ml cream
- 150 g Gorgonzola
- 2 cloves garlic
- handful of walnuts
- olive oil
- flat-leaf parsley
- salt and pepper

Preparation
- Cook pasta according to directions on package.
- Sauté sliced garlic in olive oil; add cream and Gorgonzola chopped into small pieces.
- Cook until the sauce has a creamy consistency.
- Add the walnuts and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in penne and heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley while serving.
