
One pot pasta
A very trendy "all-in-one" pasta dish with our Mini Fusilli!



Ingredients
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- 250g of mini fusilli
- 80g of mushrooms
- 1 bunch of basil
- 60cl of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Peel and finely chop the onion. Press the garlic clove.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Wash the mushrooms and finely chop them. Wash and remove the leaves from the basil.
- In a large pan, add water, oil and all the ingredients.
- Bring to the boil on a high heat and leave to cook for 15 minutes, stirring regularly so that the pasta does not stick. Cook until the cooking water has almost completely evaporated.
