
Mozzarella and basil kebabs
Brighten up your aperitifs with delicious kebabs in the colours of Italy



Ingredients
- 30g of mini farfalle
- 20 mozzarella balls
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 20 basil leaves
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the packet. Drain and leave to cool.
- Drain the mozzarella balls. Wash and remove the leaves from the basil.
- Assemble the kebabs by alternating cherry tomato, mozzarella balls, basil leafs and mini farfalle.
