Penne alla gorgonzola

Delicious penne rigate with Gorgonzola!

Ingredients

  • 400 g penne rigate
  • 250 ml cream
  • 150 g Gorgonzola
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • handful of walnuts
  • olive oil
  • flat-leaf parsley
  • salt and pepper

Make with :

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
  2. Sauté sliced garlic in olive oil; add cream and Gorgonzola chopped into small pieces.
  3. Cook until the sauce has a creamy consistency.
  4. Add the walnuts and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix in penne and heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley while serving.
