One pot pasta

A very trendy "all-in-one" pasta dish with our Mini Fusilli!

Ingredients

  • 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 pressed garlic clove
  • 250g of mini fusilli
  • 80g of mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 60cl of water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Press the garlic clove.
  2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Wash the mushrooms and finely chop them. Wash and remove the leaves from the basil.
  3. In a large pan, add water, oil and all the ingredients.
  4. Bring to the boil on a high heat and leave to cook for 15 minutes, stirring regularly so that the pasta does not stick. Cook until the cooking water has almost completely evaporated.
