The right amount of water!

For optimal cooking, don't hesitate to use lots of water, approximately 1 litre per 100g of pasta. The pasta will therefore cook more evenly and will have an even more gourmet texture! For optimal cooking, cook the pasta on a high heat with the lid off.

To give a flavourful note to your pasta, you can add some scented course salt or a stock cube. It will add a light touch of flavour in one go!
