Cutting up lasagnes, the proper technique

Ahh lasagnes! A real treat for your taste buds, but not always easy on the eye, as it is rather difficult to serve. The fine balance of the layers has a rather annoying tendency to give way when it is being cut up. The right method? Get a cake slice, or a large spatula can do the trick. Cut it into squares, each portion must be able to be held by your spatula. Delicately place it on the plate to create a feast for the eyes for your guests!
